After an accident occurs, Business Pilot provides the online form to gather pertinent information from the person receiving word of the accident. The Field Investigator then receives a task notification to investigate the accident. The Field Investigator can report his or her findings at the scene (using a PDA) or upon returning to the office. Once liability is determined, the workflow will drive remaining actions necessary to complete the investigation and subsequent reporting.
