Incodea announces release of improved workflow platform Business Pilot 4.0

GAINESVILLE, FL, USA - (March 8, 2004) - For the first time, business managers can easily control workflow processes and website content management without involving technical staff.

Starting at $25/month, Incodea's Business Pilot 4.0 is priced well below previous platforms and now offers faster speed and more power with a J2EE-compatible engine.

Says CEO Michael Privat, "Traditionally, business workflow has been managed through a cumbersome manual process. Things fall through the cracks, people pass the buck, and meeting deadlines becomes a last-minute rush. Business Pilot 4.0 can transform the way a company operates at the basic level of task management, creating an environment geared for efficiency, significantly reducing the cost of operations. Business Pilot 4.0 is much faster and more powerful than previous versions. Its new architecture is J2EE based and this makes the server very reliable and a lot faster to process information." Organizations already using Business Pilot 4.0 include Transflo Corporation and the LeaseQuest Financial Corporation.

Business Pilot works by gathering data from online forms, sending emails, generating the necessary documents, storing and retrieving data from a database, and assigning tasks to employees according to processes specified by management. It makes sure employees complete their tasks on time, so managers can concentrate on other business issues.

The platform includes a built-in analysis tool that helps speed up workflow development by detecting potential bottlenecks. The analyzer tool also detects errors in workflows. Business Pilot 4.0 can be run from any standard desktop computer and is accessed and controlled through the Internet.

Business Pilot 4.0 allows business managers to easily control workflow processes and website content management. Companies that sign up for the hosted or licensed platform will have access to the custom design and incorporation of branding provided by Adbiz in the program's interface.

CEO of Adbiz Terry Chester comments, "Organizations need to consider branding even within the company in order to foster a cohesive image that employees carry through to customers. The high caliber of businesses that use Business Pilot 4.0 provides a need for customization of the user interface to reflect the brand image. And since the platform operates through the online medium, Adbiz's experience in online marketing and branding will be a perfect fit for the needs of Incodea's customers."

Adbiz also will be incorporating Business Pilot 4.0 to control all of its tasks at the advertising agency. The traffic manager in charge of workflow, Tom Gilhuley, is looking forward to Business Pilot 4.0: "We currently have a database program that allows all the staff to communicate and delegate tasks, but we expect Business Pilot will make that process even tighter. It helps identify potential bottlenecks and makes sure everyone completes their tasks on time, which is crucial at an ad agency like ours, where we may have up to 50 projects going on simultaneously."

Says Incodea's COO Charlie Latham, "Our new J2EE compatible server makes Business Pilot 4.0 much faster and more powerful than previous versions, and the 4.0 Studio lets the user update web content, which has never been offered with a workflow management platform before. We're very excited about working with Adbiz to be able to offer great design options to our customers."

Fedders Corporation chooses Business Pilot™ as its Preferred Process Management System

Leading Global Manufacturer of Air Quality Products Adopts Business Pilot™ Workflow Management Technology.

GAINESVILLE, FL - July 16, 2002 - Incodea Corp., a rising developer of workflow and process management technologies, announced today their selection as the preferred process automation provider for Fedders Corporation, http://www.fedders.com. The announcement lends real-world credibility for the new player in the process automation arena. Additionally the announcement validates Incodea's position that customers, large and small, want an alternative to heavyweight incumbent solutions that offer implementation and adoption obstacles inconsistent with the objective of process management and streamlining.

"We spent a great deal of time and effort reviewing the products in this segment," said VP of Information Services for Fedders, Kevin Smith. "Only Business Pilot from Incodea combined the raw power, scalability and uniquely intuitive ease of use an organization of our size and scope needs. Nothing in the competitive offerings even came close." Smith states the factors cited in choosing Incodea were the highly intuitive graphic user interface (GUI), true enterprise-capable power and cost. These more apparent qualities, combined with virtually limitless flexibility and adaptability allowed Business Pilot to win out over more monolithic and ponderous competitive offerings.

Fedders will also engage Incodea in a consultative relationship to provide ongoing counsel on Business Pilot and its specific application within the Fedders corporate and manufacturing environments. This close-knit collaboration ensures that Fedders will benefit from a compressed learning curve as well as ramp-up cycle. Likewise, Incodea will gain invaluable insights into the real-time evolution of a business pre- and post-product implementation.

"We are very excited about the prospect of working with an organization such as Fedders." indicated Michael Privat, CEO of Incodea. ?Although we are very confident in Business Pilot?s ability to stand on its own merits, we are looking forward to working closely with such a notable organization in the ground-up planning of the application's integration as well as the transition of Fedder's existing internal processes."

Incodea announces the release of Business Pilot Version 2.0

The newly enhanced version of Business Pilot offers expanded capabilities, new tools and resolution of firewall/proxy issues facing larger companies who seek a hosted solution.

GAINESVILLE, FL, USA - (September 18, 2002) - Incodea Corp., the leader in workflow and process management technologies for businesses of any size, announced today the release of Business Pilot Version 2.0.

The upgraded version adds several new and powerful features that separate Business Pilot even further from competitive technologies. Amongst the new features are a programmable workflow scheduler to trigger workflows automatically on a recurrent schedule. Business Pilot v2.0 includes a more powerful support for SQL databases queries and many server optimizations that gives improved performance. Thanks to enhanced support for proxy/firewalls, customers will be able to use Business Pilot hosted version from behind their firewalls.

"We have based the majority of the enhanced features on the feedback provided to us by our customers," says Michael Privat, CEO of Incodea. "Our objective has always been, and will always be, to provide our clients with the tools they feel they need to maximize the effectiveness of their business."

One of the most powerful new additions, a scheduling feature, allows businesses to automate numerous functions of a recurring nature, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Employee Evaluations and many other recurring events. "This capability adds substantial horsepower to the administrative side of the house," says Charlie Latham, COO of Incodea. "I can tell you from personal experience, this feature alone has lowered Incodea's HR and Accounting GOE substantially."

As the list of clients grows, so does the development schedule. "We are only as happy as our least satisfied customer," says Privat. "We will continue to seek improvement and to exceed the needs of our customers."

Incodea Announces a "revamped" Reseller Program

Qualified Resellers will now be able to benefit from the reselling of the ASP/Hosted version of Business Pilot.

GAINESVILLE, FL - August 1, 2002 - Incodea Corp., an driving force in workflow and process management technologies, announced today the restructuring of the previously established Reseller program. These changes now enable qualified resellers the ability to reach a much larger target audience of budget-conscious businesses.

"We simply want to provide the best vehicle to make our resellers more successful," said Charlie Latham, COO and Director of Business Development at Incodea. "We believe that providing this ability to our qualified resellers will enable them to offer the most comprehensive product availability and expand their potential customer base exponentially."

Incodea has announced a new three-tiered Reseller Program, which provides qualified resellers of any level the opportunity to provide their client base with one of the most powerful and affordable workflow technologies currently available.

"Our research shows that most any business can immediately benefit from workflow technology, but workflow licenses can be cost-prohibitive", says Latham. "Our hosted version of Business Pilot has been exceptionally successful with the smaller businesses, or with the companies who would like to see the technology at work before purchasing a license. Allowing Resellers to benefit from establishing these hosted accounts will provide them with a much higher earning potential."

Incodea will be somewhat more selective in qualifying Resellers under the new program. "The ideal Reseller candidate will be an IT consulting organization that specializes in business efficiency or workflow technologies", says Latham, "the revised Reseller Program will provide these organizations with a powerful means to attract a stronger earning potential from their client base." He continues, "The Resellers that we have previously executed agreements with will not be effected by this change. If our current resellers want to upgrade into our new program, we would be happy to oblige them."
