Our hosted solutions are entirely managed by Incodea Corporation, at no extra cost than those published below. Prices do not include training and other consulting services you may ask us to provide. Each account includes five authorized Studio user accounts (workflow designers), and unlimited users for task assignments/email recipients. Additional Studio users may be purchased for an additional $5/month per additional user.

Important: When signing up for any type of account, all Business Pilot features will be enabled for 15 days. Combined with our 15-day money back guarantee, this allows you to evaluate the system risk-free. *note: there are no refunds for branded templates.

This option is useful for basic workflows that do not need to interact with a database (i.e. feedback forms, approval processes, etc...).

Business Pilot can manage your entire Internet/Intranet site. This plan is what you need if you plan on using any of the content management features on top of the regular features. It will let you unleash Business Pilot to its full potential.
